Scolding and Helping Wall Street at the Same Time

Watching the Obama administration deal with Wall Street is like watching the New York Yankees deal with their star third baseman, Alex Rodriguez, who recently admitted having used steroids. To appease their fans, the Yankees have to say that what A-Rod (or A-Roid, if you prefer) did was wrong. But they don't dare void his contract and throw him off the team because they'd be worse off without him.
